We do not offer refunds. Please double-check product details (size, color, name, and quantity) before completing your order.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Check locally first: Contact your local YMCA branch — they may be able to exchange the item for you in person.
  2. If local exchange is not possible: You may return the item to us for an exchange, subject to the following costs and conditions:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost for sending the replacement.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement.
Important: Exchanges may incur additional costs and processing time. We recommend ordering carefully to avoid unnecessary fees.
